Shivautocare Mobile Mechanic offers a range of mobile automotive repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to general maintenance, engine services, brake services, suspension and steering, exhaust system services, electrical system services, and heating and cooling.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or email. Confirmation will be provided upon booking.
  • Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Estimates: We provide estimates based on the information available at the time of booking. Final costs may vary depending on the actual work required.
  • Payments: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as agreed.
  • Additional Costs: Any additional repairs or services not included in the initial estimate will be communicated and must be approved by the customer before proceeding.

4. Warranty and Liability

  • Warranty: We offer a warranty on parts and labor for a specified period, typically 6 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first. Warranty details are provided with the service receipt.
  • Liability: We are not liable for any damage or loss beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of parts under warranty.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate and complete information about their vehicle and its condition.
  • Access: Ensure the vehicle is accessible and there is sufficient space for our mechanics to perform the work safely and efficiently.
  • Valuables: Remove personal belongings or valuables from the vehicle before the service appointment.

6. Parts and Materials

  • Parts: We use high-quality parts from reputable suppliers. If requested, we can use customer-supplied parts, but no warranty will be provided for such parts.
  • Disposal: We handle the disposal of old parts and materials in accordance with environmental regulations.

7. Emergency Services

  • Availability: Emergency services are available during specified hours and subject to availability.
  • Fees: Additional fees may apply for emergency services, which will be communicated at the time of the request.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for booking and providing services. This information is kept confidential and secure.
  • Usage: Personal information is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers and will be effective immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
